              a.  Decline Chester County's offer to participate in their Multi-Municipal Processing and
Marketing Contract for recyclables with Mascaro
              b.  Authorize entering in an agreement with Republic Services to continue Processing and
Market the Borough's Recyclables within their single stream pricing structure at a charge
of $39.44 per/ton (issue briefings) (attachments)

Parking Committee
Tuesday, November 13, 2018:  6:30 PM

Topics of Interest:
 Consider charging $10 for event parking the day of the 2018 Christmas Parade.  The Parking
Department will instruct our garage managment team to make the start time to begin charging
noon at the garages and certain lots.
 Consider current wayfinding practices in the Borough and discuss changes that would be
beneficial to everyone.
 Consider revising current Borough Ordinance regarding RV, boat and other irregular vehicles
parked on public streets to restrict such parking
